BACKGROUND
Shayla Foxglove, a vivacious kender from the world of Krynn, is known to frequent inns, taverns, and holds in search of anything,
everything, and everyone. She is involved presently as a part-time partner to the renown human, Dr. Phineas Curick of Kendermore. Among their unusual patients (mostly fellow kenders with nothing more than a strong imagination), she has assisted in the treating of dragons, elves, and other sorts.
As is commonly assumed, Shayla is a close relative to the Hero of the Lance, Tasslehoff Burrfoot, as her father, Motlem Thistletoe, had married into the family of Trapspringer Furrfoot. Her father mysteriously disappeared with her uncle in the Plains of Dust shortly after her birth. She has a half-brother named Kith Claurichainen who solely knows his half of the family tree.
Although just having begun her Wanderlust, she still manages to keep to the places she loves most in anticipation of new adventures and lead the Packrats, Food Fighters & Town Criers Guild and the Unstoppable Kender Union; Now also a member of the Esper Knights...not quite sure if she's left the Eternal Guardians...But don't worry evil people as she is very open-minded and would sooner have an ale drinking contest as destroy you.

Shayla's presence almost always inspires merriment and confusion in which she revels. Always in the mood for company, a bag of maps, inventions, and items for trade are kept on her person as conversational pieces. She is accompanied, on occasion, by Vulpy, her pet skunk from Earth, having found him recently after transporting herself using a little box and Bear Master's maps.
Her favorite entrances have included kicking the door open, falling through the roof, and crashing through the window. She is known for her patented food fights (which she can now execute secretly from the air as a flying suit gift from Kento permits so), fizzy tablets, and "How now!" greeting which she cheerfully never fails to deliver.
DESCRIPTION
The 18 year old kender is 4 feet tall (which is the Kender perfect height). Her long, curly, red hair is worn either up in a traditional topknot or down with the sides pulled back into braids. Her mahogany leather jerkin is always buttoned up to just below her bosom with her royal blue muslim blouse, left hanging down, belted underneath. Her legs are covered in tanned leather breeches on which she manages to spill every type of liquor and her feet are covered by knee-high black boots which strangely have burn holes in the toes. On her person she wears multiple pouches, always aquiring new and amazing things. Besides her hoopack and crystal healing staff, her only other method of defense and offense is her ability to influence with insults and quick remarks.
