Wave hands or other body part(s)
And shout out something pointless and shocking.
Heads turn and you have Ultimate control!

Fancy restaurant (preferably seafood)
Bar (There's always one drunk who claps for you)
Classroom
Awards ceremony
Dodger's Stadium (Try for the control booth)

Leading a Parade or Mob

1st Rule
Never lead a large group of people to the WhiteHouse or other throne of authority. Be more creative.

2nd Rule
It's always better NOT to know the streets you're leading a parade or mob down. It leads to more variety and surprises.

3rd Rule
Don't drift off and forget about the people behind you.

4th Rule
When higher authority confronts you and your mob...play dumb.
